a short, scenic drive from NYC.  MY  studio thrives on the belief that music-making should be effortless, immersive, and rooted in a space that inspires.

Traditional recording studios can feel sterile and high-pressure, where every take feels like a race against the clock and budget. At my studio, we'll do things differently to create a fluid, stress-free environment that preserves the energy of your performance, fosters creativity, and brings out the best in your musicianship.

Producer, ARYEH (Ah-/r/ee-yeh)

I most often find that clients who come to me have found something about me safe-feeling after negative experiences with previous collaborators, many of these artists being women, BIPOC, or LGBTQ+ identifying.

I’m a big lore guy, deeply motivated by understanding an artist’s intentions behind a song, and day one of our collaboration often looks like aligning musical references until we're on the same page. I take a curious, exploratory approach to recording; one where no stone is left unturned, and experimentation is key. I don't reach for streamlined templates or tech, because I believe each song should feel like my first time approaching the task.

My favorite part of recording is exploring space and depth through microphone techniques. I’ve designed my studio as a musical playground, where mics can go anywhere—and if you’ve heard my work with the Wild Hunt Sessions, you know I mean anywhere.

I believe in capturing music where and how it’s made. That often means prioritizing live performance over tracking instruments separately, embracing the ebb and flow of natural expression rather than forcing a rigid tempo. Did you write this song in the woods? To the woods we go. My studio is arranged to reflect this, and incorporates the reality that many artists have a set workflow and need the ability to break-off or take the wheel to express their ideas how they might when alone.

I have a bachelor’s degree in film scoring from Berklee and I’m a classically trained pianist. I'm self-taught in everything else which I consider a strength, consistently throughout my career I feel not having a by-the-numbers background in production has allowed me to develop my own style and easily web in and out of established conventions.

While I love making folk and rock music, my friends know that privately, I listen to pop 90% of the time. But I believe my true strength is creating an atmosphere of comfort and trust—the kind that lets artists fully explore their sound.

Because at the end of the day, music-making should be fun.
